You fought Joe Riggs?

They make head harnesses so that you can do weighted neck raises. But, I've heard some bad stories (although generic and sourceless ones) in the past about neck injuries related to those types of exercises.

I'm sure guys will also mention various bridging exercises.

Is there any particular reason you want to strengthen your neck?

All you have to do is do neck raises regularly with each work out about a hundred front back and side and you will see a great improvement no weights required just use your head

I have a head harness that I use with only 5 lbs on it and do 50 reps.

also if you have a partner you can have them muay thai clench and give some resistance while you lift your head up 'X' amount of times

simply laying on a weight bench and let your head hang off and lift your head up. you can do this on your back, on your stomach, and on both sides. for a little more resistance you can hold a light medicine ball against your head and do this exercise

put a blow up exercise ball against a wall and while sitting simply push your head against it and hold for a 5 count

just a few different ways I have used to stregnthen and condition the muscles in my neck after an injury
