I take 2 pieces of wheat bread and slightly toast them. Like a 30 second toasting.

1 can of starkist chunk lite tuna in spring water

dice up celery

and miracle whip lite

mix and put on the bread.

Sounds absolutely delightful. Put a sprig of parcely(sp) and a side of potato chips (I personally recommend Lays, but it requires a rather sophisticated palate to truly enjoy) and you have yourself a 4 star meal. Serve it with some of DSaint's homemade wine and you have a 5 star meal...

You should try substituting cucumbers instead of celery.

My lunch today...
  • 2 slices of sourdough wheat bread
  • 4 slices of deli sliced ham
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 slice of tomato
  • 1 slice of red onion
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1/2 an avacodo, sliced
Put in in the toaster oven, cut in half, and enjoy.  Pineapple + ham = WIN!

I ate this without the Miracle Whip last night! It's now part of my balanced diet! Good one Tre!

Also good on a toasted garlic bagel.

Dutch crunch bread, mayo, mustard, pastrami, tomato, avacado, onion, sprouts, jalapeno slices.

If you don't live in the northern California area, dutch crunch I think also goes by the name "tiger bread" and you can find it at like a Wegman's. If you've never had it, try it, and thank me later. =)
