I just wanted to make a thread about this, because I was stunned by the customer service. My machine is about 3 months past warranty, and the front display no longer shows the correct internal temperature. After 1 email, they sent me the tracking number for the new replacement unit that is on its way to me, and prepaid UPS to send the broken one back. There's not a lot of great customer service these days, so I wanted to share my experience, in case you were looking at one of these machines.

Oh, and FRAT at 135 degrees for 3 hours.
