  well, well, well.

Despite some horrific losing streaks and embarassing losses we're actually at the same point this year as we were last year now and could very well finish with a better record.  We're playing with some great intensity and  momentum right now which should carry over well into the playoffs.

Not  getting too happy though, we really had a subpar season for a 2x championship team but am excited that we were able to bounce back and are looking to finish really strong, much to the dismay of some who were writing us off already.

Not gonna catch the Spurd's who've played some good consistant bball all year long but I like our chances of beating out the Mav's for the 2 spot.   Can't wait for the playoffs to start.

anyways haters, whattaya think?  will we drop off during the playoffs or will your worst fears come true again?

If the Spurs would go on a little losing streak here we could catch them.

But I've been thinking that the #2 seed is not a bad spot for us. Let San Antonio play the Thunder this time around.

Tim Duncan could be out for 2 weeks. Which might open a window of opportunity for LA to get the #1 seed.

Exactly. I'd much rather the Lakers play Dallas in round 2 than OKC.

Kobe never raped anyone. You're a moron if you think he did.

Which would explain why he APOLOGIZED to the victim. How many settlements have you heard where that happens?

LOFL sure. Its not like EVERYTHING that happened subsequently points to that.

Actually, NOTHING points to it. If you actually read the police report. The prosecution had such a glaring lack of evidence that they encouraged their client to drop the case and pursue the matter in civil court.

Step off.

To the OP, I think the Lakers have a great chance at a 3peat. I'm hoping they can eclipse whatever the best record in the East will be. Having Homecourt in the finals will be key. I don't see anyone in the west beating LA in a 7 game series.

Especially not the Spurs with Duncan playing on a bum ankle.

That isn't true at all.

I did read the police report. The cops might as well of asked for Kobes autograph, they treated him with kid gloves and basically did everything they could not to "upset" him.
