 1 can of Star Kist chunk lite tuna in spring water (5 oz can has about 24 grams of protien)


sliced up celery (you could also do relish, cucumber, tomato, ect)

miracle whip lite (serously has very little fat or calories)

mix the above 3 in a bowl


Slice a garlic bagel and toats for 30 seconds


put tuna concoction betweeen sliced bagel halves

Chicken of the Sea's light tuna consists of prime



Chicken of the sea works just as well.

Now you can get a pack of 8 bagels at Target for $1.25.  Miracle Whip Lite at dollar general for $2 and celery and the other things are cheap and you hardly use a lot.


I am guessing you can make this healthy and filling sandwhich for around the cost of $1.25 each.
