In reacting to news of the UFC's recent accident-insurance policy, Mark Coleman calls himself a former fighter. He then stops himself.

"Well, not a former fighter," Coleman recently told MMAjunkie.com (www.mmajunkie.com). "I may fight again. But probably my UFC days are over."

The 46-year-old UFC Hall of Famer admits that his athletic career is on borrowed time. But there is one fight that would make him feel young again.

"An opportunity to fight Herschel Walker would be something that I would drop everything (for) and try to train and prepare for him," Coleman said.

Coleman would be too good for Herscal. Providing he comes in adequate shape, of course.

Coleman would smash walker in a little bit over the time Randy smashed Toney. Now as him fighting Jon "Swagger Jacker" Jones we know that it would end in one round for Jones. Phone Post

Coleman is too skilled for Walker. If Mark were just five years younger he'd be winning some fights in the UFC.

Seems like a decent fight to me. Coleman looked so bad against Couture that I think Walker has a chance beating him on the feet.

Somewhere at this very moment, Squared Circle just picked up a glass of Brandy that was incidentally knocked over on a replica of the Pearl Carpet of Baroda.

This fight does not make it out of the first round. This would be like Couture vs. Toney but with way more damage.

Coleman would ruin Walker and you know Zuffa doesn't want to let The Antidote back into the fold—'cause Jones would be next.

honestly, i think this or a dan severn fight makes the most sense for walker. what else do you do with him? there is no value to match him up against another nobody, and he certainly can't fight quality current name. the only other options are someone else with a name that is new to MMA, like batista, or a legend like coleman, severn, maybe shamrock, etc.

then again, there is always kimbo.

Coleman-Walker stands alongside St. Pierre-Silva as one of the few "superfights" left in MMA.

Dana White - Serious question: Would you rather promote Coleman-Walker or struggle in vain to counterprogram it?

EBM - my pearl carpet is original. It is also nearly impossible to have cleaned, uncomfortable on bare feet, and my dogs won't sleep on it. Selling for half of my purchase price. PM if interested.

Coleman defeated youngster Stephan Bonnar and cut him up. Despite his physical decline he still has enough of a body left to make this look really ugly.

Yeah, I guess I would watch it, I am honest about accepting the occasional freakshow. But even IF Zuffa wanted it to happen a US commission would never allow a mismatch of that magnitude.
