So ive been fiending for some new gear. Ive had the same setup for about 8 years now, totally unchanged and its time for something new.

Ive been cruising craigslist and found the following:

Ibanez RG350DX for $350

Ltd Ec-1000 Goldtop for $650

Gibson Les Paul Studio Premium Plus for $990

Fender Frontman 212r Combo and Digitech RP350 for $200

Id REALLY like a new guitar, but the one i have now (Ibanez RG220) is still in great shape, and my little Kustom practice amp is pretty much shot. So im really thinking of getting the amp and digitech. What would you guys do? Keep in mind i could get the amp and processor tomorrow, and the guitars would take me at least 2 weeks to save up for with the bills i have to pay.

That's a good deal. Not sure if that combo would suit your sound though...

Well i figured i could use it on the clean channel and dial in any sound i want with the RP350.

But alas, craigslist sucks. The guy with the Fender and Digitech wont answer me, the Ibanez guy stopped emailing me after i offered him $300, and then i found an 80 watt Peavey Bandit for $175 but that guy wont answer me either.

The RP350 sounds are "decent". I had an RP-1 back in the day. Then many other incarnations. I now play through a BOSS GT-8. It's amazing.

I have an RP200 now, but wouldnt mind getting the 350. Anyway tho, looks like none of these guys emailed me back so this thread is a waste lol. Unless you wanna turn it into a gear discussion thread.

Someone on the UG forum (a different UG lol) recommended me the Jet Citys JCA20H stack, which is $350 new on MusiciansFriend. I saw youtube reviews and vids of people playing on it and it sounds great for the sound id like to get. Anyone have any personal experience playing on it?
