I'm looking for some advice with my workout program.... my main goals are to rehab some shoulder injuries, lose bodyfat and improve my overall strength and conditioning for work (as a police officer, obviously).

Anyway, here's what i'm tentatively thinking...

Sun-Rest (stretch only)
Mon-Deadlift (warmup, 5x5), Knuckle Pushups, Pullups, Shoulder/Neck Rehab, Walk
Tue-Abs (Front/side/Glute Bridges, etc), Run, Walk
Wed-Shoulder/Neck Rehab, Bas Rutten All-around MMA fighting (10x2), Walk
Thu-Abs (Front/side/Glute Bridges, etc), Run, Walk
Fri-Shoulder/Neck Rehab, Arms, Walk
Sat-Abs (Front/side/Glute Bridges, etc), Run, Walk

 Probably get better response in Strength & Conditioning forum...
