I need to know what my meals should be at 10 days from weigh ins? I am currently drinking a gallon of distilled water a day but I have been advised that I shouldn't being doing this until before I cut. I am 146.6 and have to weigh 136. I do windsprints in the morning before I eat then eat again prior to my evening cardio. I eat tilapia and a salad. or a chicken breast and a salad. How can I improve this.I wake up at 146.6 after my piss btw.
