Very difficult to compare because there are different types of being in shape. Both athletes are using different muscles for different things. Neither athlete can do what the other one does.

MMA fighters commonly gas out 1/3 of the way through their competition.

I must say that the weight only counts on boxing.Where the agility is low? and the power of fist is hight...but in martial world and real its not the power who wins but the speed..And Bruce Lee was the god of speed, power, balance and self-control...Dont forget that JKD is compound by all the martial arts and Bruce studied them all.Every single point of the body, every weak...I agree that he may not be the greatest master 4evr but until now he is. i absolutely am not imposing that ANY person that does an ironman is 'weak hearted' especially not someone that puts their all and would rather fall? to the ground than give up. at that moment the words and images were representing how difficult it is not that the people portrayed were weak hearted.

What do you have to take to study this kind of science, i'm guessing it's physics? This kind of stuff about speed, power, force etc so that? one would be able to conduct successful experiments on force, speed and power and stuff like that? Thank you!
