Going through Schaum's Outline to prepare for some accounting classes coming up. Hit this chapter on adjusting and reverse entries and I'm just a bit confused. Could someone explain these concepts to me like I'm a 6 year old? It talks about closing entries also.

LOL, this is exactly what happened. I'm kind of wondering now why I had difficulty in the first place.
