Cool, I'm waiting on the bridge for mine. I will post pics when done. It looks cool though.

Actually, I made it lol, kind of. It's a Duncan jb I put the baseplate of the wide range. I popped out the pickup slugs and screwed in the wide ranges poles after tapping and drilled out the pickup cover for 12 poles. I did a crappy job on the cover but I'm about to do it again with a bare knuckle warpig.I'll do it nice like for that one.

Is there a thread talking us through how it was "Franken"ized?

I'd love to know what-all you've done or are doing to it. I don't own a Tele, but they're my electric-guitar obsession for no good reason at all.

Very cool. Mixing pickup parts can get you some cool results.

Well I could just tell you what I have done, everything I did was out of nessecity,

The guitar is a 72 telecaster deluxe reissuse,

I hated the maple neck so I converted the body from 3 bolt to 4 (a few dowls and glue redrilled)

Tom delonge strat neck rosewood

Took a belt sander to body for an arm contour, put a hipshot fixed bridge on it with ferra glide saddles, grover self locking tuners, took the tone knobs out put the 3 way switch in one hole input jack in the other because the cable got in my way sitting down in a chair, or on my bed. Put two slider switches in place on the 3 way for series/parallel each hum bucker I have yet to hook them up will do when I get new pu in the mail. I think that's it For now.

I'm sure it looks ugly as hell to most people, but I like ugly guitars lol. I'm trying to get everything the way I like it then then copy it for a set neck guitar project, but that's another story
