crunchysavior - I'm like 90% sure there was an asian coleslaw/cabbage recipe right under the korean tacos recipe on the original page the guy linked... I used less brown sugar in my recipe because they came out too sweet the first time. How'd yours fare?

I don't consider theirs a coleslaw. To me, mayo is a required ingredient to be slaw, but there is a cabbage mixture there.

What types of meat can be cooked raw in the crockpot? I was not sure if you guys are putting in pre-cooked chicken or ribs and letting the ingrediants warm up and flavor the meat. Surely ground beef must be cooked prior to crockpot, what others? Are you using raw chicken? Phone Post

Also, are oils used when using a crockpot? What I mean is that everyone uses oils in a skillet, which can add to the flavor, right? Phone Post

of course you start with raw chicken and ground beef. Most recipes cook for 6+ hours. undercooked food is not really a worry.

Some things you can brown first for extra flavor, but you can start with raw ribs too.

Ughhhh 1 hour left.

Not really sure what I'm doing. Got salt, pepper, garlic powder and some 21 spice. The Sauce is Trader Joe's Kansas City style BBQ sauce. Figured 8 hours on low would be pretty good.
