Need help with this ASAP! I got it all prepped but the liquid levels (from soy sauce, sesame oil and rice vinegar) are super low. Am I supposed to add water to it too or just cook it in that little bit of fluid?

Do not add any water... the amount of liquid is plenty... your not making soup....the beef will add plenty of more juice while cooking..just remember to flip the roast half way through so both sides cook in the juice

I will be making this soon! Phone Post

I have to admit, I was underwhelmed by the Korean beef recipe - really lacked seasoning in my opinion. I would up the soy and ginger, but your tastes may vary

I woudl agree with this.  I waited until the end to up the seasoning though to be safe when I made it.  I used more heat in the form of siracha as well.

I also reduced soem of the cooking liquid to make a sauce which helped.

Jsteven -  white chicken chili:
bl/sl breasts or thighs
4 cans white kidney beans
2 cans diced green chilies
1 large white onion
1 jalapeno
chicken stock
cumin, chili powder

(Garnishes) cilantro, sour cream, mont jack cheese

Season chicken and sautee add diced onion and jalapeno, I use some seeds but not all, and sautee.  Add Chicken and veggies to crock pot.  add the rest of the ingredients and however much stock you like, some like chili soupy and others thicker.
Season with cumin and chili powder to taste
set to low for 6-8 hrs

I've had my crock for a few weeks, and this is easy and a favorite Phone Post

One pound chipped ham.

One cup Heinz Ketchup.

One cup Coca Cola Classic.

Cook that together for a few hours in the crock pot and you will deserve a Michelin star in your kitchen.

We eat it 6 nights a week.

The 7th?

Leftovers from the night before since we don't eat as much on Sunday. Phone Post

I'm making the korean beef tacos today, I upped the seasonings big time so hopefully it works out. Tons of ginger, garlic, sriracha, another jalopeno.

instead of the sriracha I used garlic chili paste like I mentioned above. has a lot more flavor to it, and is just better to cook with
