Okay here's the situation.
I've wrestled for one year and 3 months.
I've done bjj for 4 years.
I'm 5ft 7
I weigh about 160 lbs and pretty solid.
But at this tournament, in Dallas I was drastically shorter than my opponents.
One was 6th the other 6ft 2.
Take into account this is the 141 Lb weight class.
I lost all my matches this weekend yes I know. But I'm increasing my time on the mats and not getting teched.
My average wrestling match a year ago against d2 and NAIA schools was 30 seconds now I'm I'm the 2nd and 3rd periods.
My question is should I go to 133?
I know I could make weight I'm strong at 141 but lanky guys ride me out. I can take them down and they can't take me down for shit but I tend to owned once it hits the mat.

If your above 10 percent body fat you should diet down.
