Hi there, I was replacing my headlight for the first time and lost the speed clip for the halogen clip.

I was able to put the light back but it was very loose. Then my friend arrived and connected the ground to the wrong place but it still worked; since it was still loose, the light was pointing too high and while it was on he was trying to get the perfect fit and kept playing with it and eventually the light blew and stopped working(possible short?).

Now I found the clip that I had lost, replaced the Halogen while wearing nitrile gloves to make sure there was no oil on it, put the proper connectors(red to the light and black to the ground) and it still does not work.

It is the only light that doesn't work. What can I do next? What could a possible short have done?

I found that site http://www.ifitjams.com/circuit.htm#wiring 6 , but would like your help here!
