Serious questions:

Why did Konrad fight 7 times in 2010, and only 1 time in 2011?

Does he have a fight coming up? If not, why not?

He last fought almost 6 months ago, and if he doesn't have a scheduled fight, what's going on with him?

Why all the inactivity?

Remember the quote Dana said where Brock Lesnar explained to Dana immediately after the fight that Alistair is simply a better fighter than him? I thought that was unusual for a fighter to admit and accept that so soon after the fight happened, but if Konrad was routinely out-skilling Lesnar in practice, that'd partially explain that I think.

So long as Konrad avoids diverticulitis, he'll be unstoppable.

Because the Bellator champ can't fight elsewhere unless it's in their contract(like Lombard's), and Bellator has been unable to provide him with more superfights yet or a tournament winner to fight.

This is like saying Konrad manhandles Wes Sims in training. Big deal. I think his last few fights showed pretty obviously that Brock is not even near the top of the HW echelon, including the fight with Shane Carwin.

Konrad is a beast though and I have been watching him for awhile. He will dominate the HW division. Phone Post

Thanks for the response.

Man, that really sucks for Konrad. Bigtime bummer.

Makes it seem as if Bellator doesn't have their shit together. I guess this sounds much like why Marquardt left Bamma, too...

And the guy looks like a slob, I'm not fighter bashing but he does. What funny is that Rulan Gardner looked like one too and he won the Olympic gold medal, lol

I'm always amazing buy the cardo of these big men.

I don't believe a guy with that physique can be an elite MMA fighter. It can work in wrestling, but not MMA. I could be wrong, but I won't believe it until I see it. He's gonna be too slow to compete with great strikers like Dos Santos, Overeem and Velazquez.

While I also wish that Sean McCorkle would fight better competition (even though the competition in the UFC he fought was good), can we stop being disrespectful to him? Especially when he gives fun info like this thread..

There is something about McCorkle i really dont like.

What purpose does it serve for a pro fighter to talk about what he HEARD from other fighters regarding how good two of them are in comparison?

It's like a high school girl running straight home and texting all her friends about some hot gossip she just heard at study hall.

Roy "Pork Chop" Nelson case in point. Butterbean "the Dream" to a lesser degree, both have never been rendered unconscious from head blows. Average cerebrospinal fluid is not effective as CF laden with adipose compound cells, Fat brain syndrome. I have removed numerous human skull caps in my line of work and its clear from my observations that fatter boxers have less scarification and superficial trauma in the outer cortex. They taste better as well, rich in Omega 3 fatty acid and self cook in their own oils. Perfect with a sprig of mind and dill sauce.

Side note, the size of the intracranial space (IC) in CC and the volumetric size of the brain has a direct relationship with KO resistance. The pia mater in the skull is the first cushion between the brain cortex and the interior skull. A simple MRI scan can display in B&W the space between the cortex and volume of CF between the pia matter. The UFC should staple a MRI brain scan to each fighters chest at the weigh inns so I can see who can take a punch.

Only kidding! I would never staple a MRI to a live a human.

He is saying that bellator has a HW thats better than the x ufc champ. That's his way of saying that when he fights Konrad in bellator later this year he's not fighting a bum....
