No problems my Celtic brother.

It'll save us having to buy extra suncream for their fair skin during this fine weather we are having. Phone Post

But can the Welsh Top Team really afford to cut loose it's gingers?

Ponders.

If my vote counts for anything then it's yes. Unless you're ginger of course and then I reckon we can afford to keep the lucozade skins about as long as it's kept quiet like x x Phone Post

Well I am one of the founding members of the WTT and up until I was about 15 I was MEGA ginger, I could bring down light aircraft.

Rupert Grint would have bullied me for being ginger if we'd ever met.

Gingers can stay if they want, we do not discriminate for Skin colour so we're damn sure not gonna do it for Hair colour.

Our Melanin-Deficient bretheren are all welcome

and for future reference, if anyone doubts Gingers in a fight, I have 2 Words for you......

(I know the UG/OG is full of Alphas but please indulge my Beta question)

I've been losing weight on and off since Halloween but have only gone down just over 2 stone (roughly 32lbs) Although I am pleased with this I know I can do better. I know due to my build I'll never be a cut 6 pack sporting alpha, but I'd settle for an inshape, less flabby beta.

I commute to 9-5 everyday on my bike and if i tweak my route I can do up to 5 miles a day. I alternate between sprint pedalling and easy pedalling every few minutes and have noticed a drastic improvement on my calves and quads. But the biggest area i want to tackle is my gut

Ive cleaned alot of my diet up but still feel im doing something wrong. my job doesnt really help as its not a very active one.

heres my rough day

breakfast 8am - pint of water and bannana

1.6 mile bike ride to work

between breakfast and lunch I snack on the odd cashew nut

lunch 2pm - tuna/sushi pack from tesco (I know its not prefect but I only get 25mins and theres a limited selection and a pack of Mango slices

leave work at 5:40pm roughly 3.2 mile bike ride home

home by 6pm - i try to eat as healthy as poss so it could be broccolli, chicken, potatoes, soup, jacket potatoe and tuna

and i try not to eat after that, if i do its a piece of fruit or a handfull of cashews again.

am i doing anything wrong? or there holes in this that could be filled? how about if I started running? Any suggestions how i can target my gut?

I dropped from 14 stone to 11st 9lbs in a year just before I fought last April. I laid of beer and bread. Made a hell of a difference. Plus I was training like a madman.

I had a belly and I genuinely believe that cutting out the beer and the bread made the difference. Now that I don't plan on fighting I'm still training but my weight has come back because I can't stay off the ale and the baguettes. My bird is happier cos she hated it when I was that lean. She prefers a bit of timber.

Plenty of core work is key for getting rid of that gut as well. Just google "Core exercises" and see what you fancy. Phone Post

I commentated on a show in Cardiff on Satruday night and I've got to say those boys loved a tear up! My first work on a Welsh show and I was impressed. Show wasn't very busy though, but Wales had just played Barbarians about 500ft away and VOK was on the next night.

Haha yeah, the day after :)

Back-to-back shows! Keep an eye on Valley of Kings, they're promoting quite regular.

have you tried breaking down what your intake is ... calories, fat carbs etc? Its worth doing, I suspect you could do with a bit more protein in the mix... thing is there are different ways to tweak what you do to maintain fat loss, for example if you could manage the morning bike ride on some bcaa's instea dof the banana youd be doing what is termed as fasted cardio... basic rule of thumb is your calories in need to be less than calories used...its good to record what you eat for a week or so to see if there are hidden calories you dont pay attention to... you sometimes get people saying they eat 1500 calories but dont account for portion size and stuff like that and are getting fatter when they should be losing, only to discover they are miscalculating by a thousand
