I've been wondering for a while now and haven't been able to find an answer (Google search turned up nothing): what is it called when you start a chapter with a couple key words or phrases that summarize the chapter? The best example I can think of is Cormac McCarthy's Blood Meridian where, before the chapter starts, he'll have a couple things like, "the camp - a death on the plains - a battle."
