So what are some good DVD's for the inside and outside leg triangle and the sambo leg knot?
Just moved and found a new gym they practice a lot of leg locks picked up some good stuff and they have shown me a lot was just looking for supplemental information.

Doesn't Scott Sonnen have a DVD called the saddle? I believe it's covered there in detail. Phone Post

Reilly's vid series on the outside/topside position is excellent. He covers positional control, attacks, counters and re-counters.

Typically a leg knot in sambo is what you might refer to as a hip lock. it would attack the hip in the same way an arm knot (ie key lock or kimura) would attack the shoulder.

Is this what you are referring too?

Yes I know you can attack the hip, but I thought it was more used to attack the heel hook.
I will check out those DVDs. Phone Post
