And how much time away from a steady training schedule will make you 'lose' your momentum and start to become 'out of shape'? Is it a week? 2 weeks? A month? Phone Post

id say 3 weeks to a month is enough for you to have some work to catch up on.
just being consistant is good enough for moi

My thing is that I was doing pretty well with training but then hit a series of obstacles these past 3 weeks in the form of injuries, work schedule, family and the latest, sickness. I stayed home from work today because I thought I was sick but I'm thinking it was just a sinus infection. But maybe not so I don't want to get worse or even get others sick. So yeah, there goes this week already. Phone Post

Longest i stayed of the mats was 1 week, when i tore meniscus in my knee. I was the uke for 1 week after that then did technique only for 2 weeks, then light rolling and so on... that first week i went to watch.

I never had any other obstacles at this time. Finish work at 5pm and i dont have kids and the missus is very supportive!

if i did have other things going on, i would still try and train at least 2x per week to keep me sharp.

While i was coming back into rolling, i found that my timing was off most.
