Running yesterday, I thought I cramped up- it's pretty clear today that it's a pulled hamstring. Everything I've looked up suggests a Grade 1 except that applying pressure increases the pain (which doesn't show as a Grade 1 symptom in any of the online resources I tapped).

I walk ok but with some discomfort. Squatting hurts, but I can get through it.

Does anyone know of and/or can reccomend a rehab program beyond compression, ice, elevaction, and rest?

I would say it's not a biggie if you can walk.

I once partialy tore my hams while doing heavy deadlifts. At that time, I could barely walk.

Riding a bike is easier than walking when your hams are zapped. Set your saddle low. I rode my bike not only to "rehab" but also to ease my frusration about not being able to train my legs fully.
