Agreed,

I can only speak for Ontario, but there seems to be one popping up every 3-4 weeks, it's great!

Niagara Open just happened a few days ago, and in just under 4 weeks we have the Ontario Open to look forward to as well :D.

If you are competing at the Ontario Open ,I can guarantee you won't be disappointed.

We are giving 11 trips to Worlds Gi(7) and PanAm No-Gi(4). If you are not sure about bringing the entire team for this tournament you should change your mind, soon we will have pictures of the trophies we have done for this year, people will be surprised, not to mention the medals, very cool , big , thik , double sided and personalized per event (Gi , No-Gi, Kids Gi , Kids No-Gi)

And what about getting your International experience near to your home?

The Ontario Open is one of a few tournament in Canada that brings people all over North America.

We have academies coming from Texas , New York , Michigan, Ohio, Massachusetts and all over Canada to this event.

QFT

It's the TOP tournament and in my eyes the proudest to pull out a medal (if I can).

And it's like half the price to compete for the Abu Dhabi pro Trials that just passed us in Montreal.

Montreal has the WPJJ Trials and IBJJF, each once a year, gi, and $100 to enter. They are two of the most prestigious tournaments maybe in the country along with the Ontario Open in Toronto.

Montreal Grappling is going to start hosting 6 a year in Montreal, gi and nogi, in which 4 of these tournaments will feature trips as grand prizes to the biggest IBJJF tournaments. The tournaments are also round robin (4 matches minimum per division), recorded free of charge, and features lots of prizes. On April 28 at the Montreal Grappling Grand Prix, we will also announce some huge news that pertains to both the Quebec and Ontario grappling scene on our future projects in the country.
