My daily:

-1 cup frozen blueberries (north american or canadian only- blueberries imported from chile are smaller, bitter, never sweet)

-30g scoop of vanilla or chocolate whey

-10z skim milk

- 2-4oz water depending on desired consistency

-occasional dash of creatine (2-3g)


I put it all in a large shaker cup, use a hand blender for about 30 seconds.

40g protein, loaded with proanthocyanidins, fiber. Tastes amazing, cleanup is a snap.

2-3 servings of veggies, fruits and protein in a 20 oz shake? That's a meal right there, easily 300 calories. Phone Post
