Extend your right leg straight up to the sky to block his leg from stepping over for the mounted triangle (drive ur hips up and everything), then use your left shin to go inside the crook of his right arm and break his grip on your wrist. Normally I would just say bridge and connect ur hands but that won't save you from a triangle/armbar attack or a back-take. Hope that makes sense! Phone Post

Also, after you break the grip you can turn to face him and elbow escape or snag his foot for HG/DHG Phone Post

There are dozens of things I could tell you but I'll give you one simple one. Take your right arm and get it under him, all the way across to his ribs. Bridge up hard on left shoulder and extend your right arm. Hip Heist over to the quarter position (knees) and you should be in a front headlock position ready to immediately apply an anaconda choke, or a go behind.

And next time, don't get your inside arm extended and keep your hips turned towards him. (Elbow/Knee)

When someone has passed your guard you want to create a framethat allows you to escape and stops them from settling in.

Inside hand has to stop the crossface

Outside hand has to be tucked to your chest to stop the underhook

Inside knee has to be connected to inside elbow

Outside foot has to be coneected to the ground to shrimp.

Make sense?

Walk your hips away from your opponent, get your right arm between your bodies either as a gooseneck or use it to bump and turn out of side control. Straighten that left arm up towards your head to take away the americana and quickly gooseneck up on your opponent.

Yep hip escape. Make space. Get your elbow into his hips when you make space. Keep making space.

And Shotta is the original Monkey. Macaquinho Safado.

Walk your feet away, once you've created the space slide your hips back in. If you keep your right foot heavy on the mat while you walk away you can keep your own left arm pinned down so that he can't slide under to get the americana, you should be able to regain guard once you've made enough space.

Or fight to get your right arm back and into his hips or under him to bump up and get out.
