Leaning towards single prong. What are advantages/disadvantages of both? Phone Post

I prefer a lever belt - easier to get on and off. Not legal in all comps though

I bought a single prong and don't have any complaints.

I have a two prong and it's great. When you first get the belt it's a pain 'cause it's so stiff it can be difficult, but that's the case with any new belt.

I have a lever and love it. I find it way easier to get cinched really tight when needed.

Lever.  So much easier to get on and off.

The drawback to using a lever is if you wear your belt tighter/looser for different lifts. I wear my belt tighter for squats and loose on Dls so I need a prong.

I'd go prong, just because of what Hamilton says. I wear my belt super tight for squats, but a lot looser for DL's. A lever belt would be a pain in the ass at that point.
