60lb weighted vest. Burpees with a push-up and jump. Will work up to those numbers doing 20x swings and 10 burpees for 10 round to improve conditioning.

What do you think?

Not impossible and a respectable goal. You should probably build to it a bit more progressively but have fun. Of course it will be hard on your joints that's like doing burpees with a rucksack on. And unless you've done 100 jump squats with weight already your body is going to have a rough time adapting. that said it will probably toughen you up quite a bit. Probably better to do when you're younger and you can take the abuse.

The important question is WHY?

"to improve conditioning" is vague as fuck.

to get stronger?
fuck better?
conditioning to fight?
general PT?
lose weight?
crossfit games?

Just about any goal you have can probably be achieved more efficiently and with less risk to the organism.

To paraphrase Charles Staley- pain should be a side effect of training, not the goal. IE- many people erroneously correlate pain = training effectiveness.
