Leigh - A workout doesn't have to be high intensity or grueling to be effective. It has to cause an adaption that leads towards meeting your goals

Although high intensity work has its place both for physical training and mental as well.

'Twas red wine and apologies :). In all seriousness. Anyone can basically open up a CrossFit "box" and as it is a brand people will go to. I know many people that have had injuries as a result of their training methods. Back issues are quite common. Phone Post
