Working on southpaw tactics, and I was wondering if anyone had good drills for fighters to work when preparing to fight an opposite side stance.

I don't know how to post the direct link.

Here is a short clip of Pac killing Cotto's jab with a counter left straight. How would you drill the outside step for the footwork, and the counter itself? (for instance, I want to work as much as possible for southpaw opponents)
