If you have too much time on your hands have a glance, just scanned through it and it seems Blake Griffin is a top 15 player lol

Players that are left for top 10

Lebron, Durant, Paul, WEstbrook, Rose, Wade, Kobe, Dwight, Love, Deron

I think. Kevin Love is terribly overrated

And for those saying that BSPN doesn't have a bias against Kobe.

How the fuck do you rank an injured player, possibly for the whole year (Rose) in the friggin top 5 and leave Kobe out.  *shakes head*

Kobe and Rose above Wade doesnt make much sense to me.

Really it's a pretty dumb way they did the rankings anyway, had to give each guy a rating from 1-10 with 100 of their "experts" doing it. So they don't make much sense in a lot of parts

Paul and Williams being there and Parker not being there is dumb IMO.

Hell, having 4 PG's up there is stupid, considering an "elite" PG hasn't won a title in over 20 years.

Most overrated position in all of sports.

I don't want Chris Paul anywhere near a team I run, but I would take Williams, Westbrook, and Rose over those guys.

That is because you dont understand the game.

He is the best rebounding force in this league consistently since Dennis Rodman.

Dennis Rodman was no where close to a top 10 player in his prime.

Great role player though. I can see Love succeeding in a similar role on a good team.

I don't think Love is top 10 though.

My top 10 is

1. Lebron
2. Durant
3. Howard
4. Rose
5. Dirk
6. Kobe
7. Westbrook
8. Parker
9. Pau Gasol
10. Josh Smith

Rebound are pretty overrated as an individual stat. Minnesota was still just about even in rebounding differential. I would way rather have a consistent offensive option, I don't think Love is that.

Give me Aldridge or Pau over Love

Love over Tony Parker IMHNO!

You cannot lead the league in rebounds and be top 5 in points and still not be considered a top 10 player.

It all depends on what you are used to I suppose. As a Suns fan I have seen years and years of great scoring fours who were sub par rebounders (see Stoudemire, Amare)

Rebounding isn't an overrated stat. I just think it's tough to gauge how good a guy is at rebounding going by the regular season only. Same with assists. Hell, the same with any stat, although scorers seem to be able to score about the same come playoff time.

Comparing guys who have never played in the playoffs to guys who have is really hard to do. Love reminds me of a couple of players I really like as a Duke fan, Carlos Boozer and Elton Brand. Before they got past the first round in the playoffs, their stock was at it's highest. Because all people could see were stats, and stats during the regular season can be deceiving. Once they got a chance in the playoffs, you could see their weaknesses athletically. Hustle and strength can only take you so far.
