Ive finally just got back to training full time again and it feels great. I have been doing starting strength 3 times a week for 4 months before. Is there any way I can add some kind of heavy weight program during the week? Friday evening to Sunday afternoon is an open window. At home I have an Olympic bar with those rubber plates. Should I do my power cleans, over head press,and deadlifts randomly during the week at home then just bench and squat at the gym? I dont wanna get over trained you know?
