just wanted to get an opinion on this. Back in the day before i started bjj i used to climb 80-100 flights of stairs (4-5 reps of 20) using the walk down as my cooling down method, but i would only walk it. I was wondering if anyone used stair climbing as a part of their conditioning and how it transitioned into mat cardio.
