Tim Larkin of Target focus Training has some sales going on. Is anyone familiar with his work? I am especially interested in the throwing techniques.

Thanks for any opinions.

I watched the 6 min video and he demonstrates some forward throws after some blow that "softens" up the opponent. I don't say good/bad. You have to able to execute what you practice and from competition. Not all throws work on all people. And in his example you are the aggresor which may open you up to some liabilty if the opponent has serious injuries. For learning throws I would do judo where you develope and understand what is like throwning and being thrown and the reasons why certain throws work. The mechanics of throwing somewhat.
