The newest FUEL TV series ‘Training Day’ is hosted by Kenny Florian, and takes fans inside a ight gym.

In this episode, Montreal's Tristar Gym, home to Georges St-Pierre, Rory McDonald, and many other greats, welcomes Dan Hardy into the fold for a day.

Big thanks to FUEL TV, for making the video available.

Rocking the VIRUS Compression Tech Shorts. Glad they are keeping pace with the training esp with GSP and his UA. Great watching you train. Looking forward to seeing back in action.

I love this behind-the-scenes type stuff. Fuel is actually doing a pretty good job with these kind of segments. Phone Post

I love these Fuel shows.

It's so great to see Hardy developing as a true mixed martial artist.  I have become such a fan of his.

Funny thing is, I think I've actually become more of a fan of Dan Hardy since the GSP fight. The losses really seemed to humble him and he seems very eager to improve, something not every fighter appears to want.

Maybe, I just like the notion that MMA can make a person better, beyond simply making them a better fighter (of course that means I might be a sentimental pussy).
