So I've been back on the Regime for about a week now, feeling good... BUT... Today is Faturday aka my Cheat Day and I'm going for it... Pork Shoulder just went in the smoker ( its 6 am here) for the fights later... Bacon, onion, mushroom n cheese Omlette will be made shortly and there will be many kilos of SourGummies consumed later whilst sweating my action on the fights!!

I'm 18, 5'11 and 160 lbs I've always wanted defined abs and I feel like if I got some advice I'd be able to turn a lame 4 pack into something better.

I'm in, this is my first time doing something like this so hopefully I can receive some quality help and motivation.

Well I guess since I can't find the other thread I'm in on this one. Currently training for a fight. 29 years old 5'10" about 188 right now fighting at 170 January 12th. Never had a 6 pack before and after this fight I'm hoping to go pro at 155 so this will help with that transition. Here's a current picture.

My ideal weight is about 170-175. I 've gone up to 225 in recent years. I got serious about getting back in shape 3 weeks ago and am now at 203. I'm with you fellas ... i WILL get shredded in 2013. Phone Post

I had abs for about 10 minutes this year; when I step on the scale before a competition. As soon as I kill my first pedialyte they're gone.

I'm 5'10'' and 170 lbs. If I had to guess I'd say I'm in the 12-14% range bf and would like to be 9-10%. If I were to do that I'd weigh around 155-160.

Currently I rock climb 3-4 days a week for about 1.5-2 hours. Then some days I lift afterward. I do upper body once per week and I do lower body once per week. At the end I do HIIT cardio (about 25 mins. total)

My problem is I know that I am burning some pretty serious calories in that time but I sometimes don't eat enough and I eat too much later. (Anyone else get really fucking hungry from HITT?) I am trying to find the amount I need to eat so that I lose about 2 pounds per week.
