2012 i started dieting from 245 on Feb 1st and was 50 lbs lighter in 2 months because i went from eating whatever the muff i wanted to eating complex carbs, lean protein and lots of vegetables. completely cut out drinking of juices and soda and started taking all of the correct supplements.

floated around 195 for a while, then lost another 10 lbs when i started going to the gym... too skinny. now i'm trying to clean bulk and i'm back up to a healthy 200 lbs.

pretty cut, getting very strong in the gym, feel amazing at 27 yrs old.. will definitely try and clean up my diet again to eat lots of clean protein, take all the correct supps and keep up on my regimen.

my core is very strong now and you can see my abs through my fat they are so big.. but, it i could cut another 4-5% body fat from my midsection i bet my abs would fry through.. so heres to making that come true!

Seriously, I've been trying to get this ab thing going for about a year. This is the closest I've gotten. 

 

3-6 miles x 5 days a week, hanging leg raises, decline bench weighted push ups, are my go-to exercises.

It was all health last night...made a killer Seven Seas Soup... Halibut, Crab, clam, Mussells, Octupus,Calamari, scallops and shrimp... got a workout in today and im out of town, so felt good to stay committed.

Started at 227 in September -> low carb, low cal diet + some running/badminton

Now at 198, lost lots of muscle and starving.

Plan: weights, running, higher calorie intake

Aiming for 177.

Haven't had a soda in weeks no and have been having one cheat meal a week. I've also stepped up my cardio and weight training program and have seen some nice results. Remember it doesn't happen over night and can take a month or two before its obvious you've dropped some weight so just keep at it.

I have been eating pretty clean for the last several months with a few cheat days a month. Intend to go full Paleo at the start of the year. Haven't had a soda in a long time. Only drink water and almond milk. Haven't had actual milk in about two years.

Jiu Jitsu three days a week, run a 5k on the treadmill four days a week. Going to start incorporating strength training, at the moment only doing body weight stuff.

Enjoying my last week eating like a highschooler. Got 3 more days and I'll be finished with my first 90 days of p90x. I'm gonna start it again all over again next week but I'm gonna eat allot cleaner and up my protein a little. Will post my pic with stats this weekend. I'm holding u guys accountable. Phone Post

I am in.

Last December I had gotten down to 209 from 235 and was eating right and lifting/cardio at least 3 times a week.

Now I smoke and got back up to 235.

I will quit smoking, eat well, work harder than ever and get to 195 lbs. of lean, mean fucking machine.

I have never had a six pack but I rock a solid two pack at the top right now, weighing 205. Just can't get my lower stomach in shape!
Plus my diet is horrible. I really REALLY need help there.

Your're already really lean man. How much leaner would you like to be. You seem to be in the perfect shape to maintain, clean, bulk, cut, repeat.

I'm not sure man, I'm one of those people who is never satisfied with himself, nothing's ever good enough. All I see are things I'd like to change -_-;

I'm beginning tomorrow!! No more eating unhealthy food and start yo train again.. it's always the same. I start training and eating healthy until the end of the semester when the exams close in. Then it's only pizza and cigarettes and not having time to workout. I had my last exam for this semester today. Phone Post

I am so fucking in on this one. I am around 185 right now, up from 155 a couple of years ago. Due to injuries, I had to completely sit out of training and packed on the pounds. I have been lifting for the past few months and have made some solid gains. My weight hasn't changed much but my composition definitely has as I am much stronger and leaner. My goal is to get abs and to do that I think I need to drop down to 165 or 20lbs. I am giving myself until July to do it.

My girlfriend is noticing a difference.  First thing for me is always my face.  She's feeling motivated and has started exercising.  I'm just here to share movitvation.  2013 will be the year I get back to looking like I like to look and not just enjoyed binging on shitty food.  It's time to be that guy that people say "No fucking way you're 36!"  I'll be 36 in June and I want to be as lean as this Ryan Wood fellow!

 

That's the way to be, man! Positivity is contagious!
