And I do not care about being toned at this point, just looking for size.

Why don't you get rid of the lat pull downs? Since you already do pullups, maybe also change grips and do chinups. Or do dips.

This but consider swapping curls for a close grip chin. Much more effective. Phone Post

Good thoughts. Any change to sets or reps? I think 6-8 reps are good for hypertrophy.

I have went from 172 to 195 since July and my BF% hasn't gone up a whole lot.

Here are 3 things that have helped me more than anything.

1) You have to fall in love with adding weight to the bar. For a truly skinny fuck as yourself, you need to become obsessed with getting stronger. Add weight every workout ( assuming your form is spot on).

2) Eat as much meat as you can afford. The #1 thing on your mind for every meal should be meat. If you don't care how much fat you gain, eat everything in site. If you want to gain mostly muscle, eat as much meat as possible.

3) Sleep as much as you can. The more you sleep the better you recovery will be and the better your gains. Sleep as much as you can without getting divorced or fired.

Hope this helps because it sure has for me.

i think that's a great routine for overall strength, but i personally never added much size until i increased reps to the 12-15 range.
