2. yes but not necessary

3. yes if you are only concerned with aesthetics and dont have horrendous genes. no if you care at all about health. the no becomes stronger the older you get.

Do you really need answers to all of these at once?  Many are simple and can be answered with google searches.  Several (I didn't get all the way through) are going to be "yes but it's not ideal" or "it depends" or "no, unless..." or even "sometimes."

Is there one question in particular that you care to narrow down?  If this is a "quiz" and you are thinking that the answer to all of them is "no", then you are incorrect.

A lot of these are absolute statements, where the answer depends on variables, like the individuals genetics, metabolism etc. Some are flat out wrong. Few are correct Phone Post

It mostly bothers me that many of them can't be answered by "agree" or "disagree" even setting aside variables. Like Leigh said... statements. Statements don't need answers.

I was almost avoiding work enough to answer too....

In other words, the simple response to most of them would be "it depends".

I had a last minute cancelation so I was about to answer these questions...But I agree with Leigh. Too many factors are dependant on multiple things.
