I am 15 years old, about 140-145 lb, and 5'10". I am training MMA now and have been since October of 2012 and plan to fight in August (my 16th bday). Although at this time I would probably fight at 145 I would like to bulk some muscle and possibly fight at a higher weight class, especially considering the fact that I am not the most muscular individual now; although I am in very good shape (concerning my cardio) and have very little body fat. I have a pretty good idea of what I need to eat but not a perfect understanding but (although I know how to lift weights) I really am not sure of the perfect way to lift in order to bulk muscle.
