I'm 15 years old, 140-145 lbs, and 5'10". I am training now MMA and have been since October of 2012. I am currently following a weight lifting program that will help me to bulk muscle but I believe from past experience that without a proper diet bulking muscle will not be a possibility. I feel as though I understand how to eat "right" but I still feel I need a more outlined approach that would show me how many grams of each macro nutrient I should eat on a daily basis.

You're 15 years old? You can eat literally anything and everything you want. Seriously.

 

Okay, now that I got my jealousy for your metabolism out of the way... Basically cut out sugar, simple carbs, load up on protein and complex carbs
