Mile and a half on the treadmill at a 5% incline. Inclines can suck it lol. Also have a bit of news. I'm officially enrolled to go back to school. June 4 I will attend my first class in 11 years haha. Taking nutrition at our local CC. Also ordered my CPT material from NASM which will be here today. I started on the four hour body diet on February 4th at 239 pounds in addition to running 3 to 5 miles a day, smoking a pack a day of cigarettes

I'm down to no smoking today at 185 pounds still running 5 miles a day. Phone Post 3.0

To keep it simple you can Google it...otherwise it is a program based around the glycemic index. the guy who wrote the book, Timothy Ferris had a type I diabetic meter implanted to see how foods affected his glycemic index and in turn how those changes in his glycemic index affected other chemicals in his body which either prohibited or inhibited fat loss.

That was part one, part two was catching my wife cheating and deciding to get in shape because I'm ready to bang, bro. Phone Post 3.0

- My original goal for June 1 was 156...

- I started at 156.8 last month, so I lost 2.8 pounds this month.
- I've dropped a total of 21.4 pounds, so far...half way through the year and I'm more than half way to my ultimate goal and currently still 2 pounds ahead of schedule.
- My goal for next month is 152.

It doesn't get any easier, and if you want to go farther you've got no choice but to push harder.  Lets do it!  BE POSITIVE AND YOU'LL SEE POSITIVE.  Karma isn't always a bitch!

Just did like 90 mins of exercises in the pool with weights. It was awesome lol. So many things u can do. I had so much fun that it didn't even seem like working out. Now that I'm showered and relaxing I can definitely feel it though lol. My arms are gonna be bummed tomorrow.

Speaking of tomorrow, tomorrow is my first day of school in 11 years. I finally caved and am going back to college. First course.. Nutrition! So u guys will get to hear all about it I'm sure lol. All Health! Phone Post 3.0
