I've been doing the stretches from the videos posted at least once a day. Sometimes ill do them twice if I've trained extra hard. My back pain has went from pretty bad, to mild. Thanks again for sharing them. Phone Post

I saw a chiropractor and got x-rays. My neck curve is non existent. You are supposed to have a forward c shape curve in your neck. I suppose this is largely due to my preference to give up guillotines as I have gotten very good at using them to gain position. Chiropractor recommended a posture pump, and said I should see positive results within 6 weeks. Also said I am fortunate to have caught this early as it can result in damaged discs. I highly recommend anyone in the sport look into this. Phone Post

Ive been doing the advanced 12 minute video at foundationtraining.com daily since you first posted that "founder" videoat and my back pain has gone from a 7-8 to a 1-2.

Ive since ordered the dvd and its very interesting... all simple stuff done in a way id never seen before. Almost like a flexed muscle stretching routine.

That 12 minute video is free and pretty intense, and when its over he say " do this every day: no back pain ever." So far after a couple weeks hes right... Phone Post

Iv'e had bad neck pain for about 15 years. Tried the posture pump at my sisters house one time and it made one hell of a differences. So as soon as I have the money I am going too buy
one.

TzTinkle - Get a lacrosse ball and a foam roaller if you can. Go to this page http://www.athletestreatingathletes.com/self-muscle-massage/self-muscle-massage-pt-13-posterior-shoulder/ and http://www.athletestreatingathletes.com/self-muscle-massage-series/self-muscle-massage-pt-11-mid-back/ it should help a bit. I've had a tightness in my rear delt area and that cleared it up pretty quick.
