Chaelismyhero - No. None of that flashy stuff landed. The knee and kick did all the damage.

The knee off the cage was pretty flashy...

Cerrone's knee didn't land? The reason Pettis' kick didn't land flush was because Cerrone kneed him in the stomach and it pushed him back.
Here's a video from a different angle, it starts at about 20 seconds in:

I knew somebody was going to say this. It didnt really do any damage.

Oh I guess I must have been too busy paying attention to the fight to see whatever on-screen powerbar you were monitoring. Looked like it hurt to me

Billy Joe Rottoncrotch - No it didn't.

He needs to go train with Harold Howard if he expects to throw the cartwheel kick in the future.

His technique was way off.

Harold can help refine his mechanics.

No. It did not hurt Cowboy. You could hit Cowboy in the head with a hammer and it would not hurt him. Pettis knew this, and Cowboy has had stomach problems before and he went to the body.

Who am I to argue with a 12'er.

Yes the knee did connect but so did the kick, there was another video up where you can see Cerrone's head get jerked to his left from the impact. Wasn't a killshot but it did connect.

When I saw it live I thought WTF just happened.

And can you believe that fighters sometimes try to render their opponent unconscious? How is that not gaining an unfair advantage, aka CHEATING?
