S&C UnderGround >> 3 or 4 Day Workout Routine? Help!!

Bros, I need help! I'm looking to add some Strength and Mass. I'm an Intermediate Lifter and I'd like to lift in the 5-7 Range if possible. I was just recently doing a 4 Day Per Week Upper/Lower Split, but would like to go down to 3 Days per Week as long as Squats and Deads can be incorporated twice per week. I'm trying to concentrate on the main Lifts.

I plan on lifting TUE/THU/SAT. I'm expecting to hear Bench Presses/Overhead Presses/Barbell Rows and such recommended and I agree!

Any help in developing a Routine would be great!!

Look up 5/3/1. It doesn't do squats or deads twice a week but it's a great program that concentrates on the main lifts

For 5/3/1 he has a 3 day full body routine that will have you doing squats either 2 or 3 days. Phone Post
