I plan to get the wings started and about 25 inutes out add my pizza on top via a grill extender and pizza stone. Any ideas OG? I'm just going to dry rub the wings for grilling and I will sauce them in a bowl at the end.

I tried this and was pleased. Very time consuming but I've never had better wings. Deep fry the wings for no more than 7-8 minutes. Take them out and shake them up in whatever flavor sauce you want. Put them on the egg on indirect while it's rolling heavy smoke. After a few take them out again and douse them in the sauce again. During the time they're out, take the platesetter out and get the flame going high. Place the wings back on the egg, over direct heat, and finish the crispiness process.

I'm sure there are better/shorter ways but I was drinking so...
