James te huna says he wants a top ten guy next. I know Forrest is maybe just outside but he's a big name and still has a very solid ground game. Who takes it? Phone Post

Well, if you take into account the way their rematch went...

Anyway, Forrest would be a good step up for Te Huna. Forrest def has a shot in this fight if he can get it to the mat.

I don't want to shit on forrest or anything, I've always been a fan, but at this stage in his career he would be a good gatekeeper for up and comers like te huna.
I think if James can keep it standing he could win.
But Forrest is probably too good for him on the ground. Phone Post

Maybe giving him a slight step down In competition might light a fire in him. If he realised people see him as a gate Keeper now it might motivate him to put a beat down on the young guys. Phone Post

Chaelismyhero - Forrest would beat James. I think Forrest is just to good. It amazes me that people act like Forrest is not a good fighter. He was the champ. He beat Shogun,Rampage,Tito 2x,Rich. I know people will start making excuses for Shogun in this thread.

Rampage didn't train that hard, shogun came off a knee surgery,  Tito fights were basically robberies.

Forrest is definitely on the downside of his career. James would punch right through him now.

Jesus KO'd stayrad -  Think Tito suffered from that a couple times Phone Post

I am surprised Tito has never used "My Neck, My Back" as his theme song.

There was a hidden message laced through his last book. I read it 4 times before I finally got the whole message, definitely worth it though, truly inspiring.
