I've done the whole spectrum of lifting - Oly, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, and Bodyweight.

I like them all for different reasons. But like any kid growing up in the 80s, I still want to be big like Arnold, so I always gravitate toward weights.

I want to focus on BJJ so I probably only have one day per week to get a workout in (given my work schedule and family life). I still want to keep/gain size, strength, and fitness levels. I have been working out 2-3 days/week for the past 10 years, focusing on one of the above.

Anyone have routines that hit all of the above (oly, power, body, etc.)? Sometimes I think Crossfit might be the solution, but I don't like the high rep stuff and I'm a hater on the cult-like following.

I like Wendler's 5/3/1 a lot, but I feel like I'm missing out on so many other great exercises. I guess I have trouble focusing on one routine...
