Washed and dried it and put it over high heat until the whole wok was discolored. I oiled it and let the oil smoke out until it began to blacken. I threw in some sliced ginger, garlic, and green onions and stir fried this until charred. Problem is that only the bottom half of the wok is seasoned and black instead of the whole thing. What did I do wrong?
