LOL @ your schools website. You have real talent in your brother and you go the Lloyd Irvin marketing route. shame. obvious and disgraceful. Your business role models are the scum of the earth Lloyd irvin(rape) & Marcos(the theif) Avellan.

torquemada -  No love for Joe DeFranco here?

And I agree with many of the above. This forum has great contributors. Phone Post

Joe Defranco's anti overhead press article was one of the stupidest things I've read.

Just trained with Steve Maxwell last week. The guy is 60 and unreal. Great physique, great strength and his mobility is amazing.

His conditining system is definatly something you should consider if you care about a long career.....

I am not sure if he would consider himself a S&C coach or not but Cory Gregory, co-owner of Muscle Pharm has to be one of the best I have worked with. He has competed drug-free in both bodybuilding and powerlifting and is one of the most positive people I have seen in the gym.

I am a huge fan of Jim Wendler as well. I recommend his 5/3/1 to virtually every ex-athlete I know who wants to be in shape but doesn't want to spend 6 days a week in the gym for hours each time. Dorian Yates is another guy I love listening to in interviews and watching his old training footage.
