I currently work on a boat for 2-3 weeks at a time. The schedule is 6 hours on 6 hours off, so sleep is at a premium. The boat no longer has a treadmill so I've been doing pyramid burpees, ab work, and other body weight circuits 3 days a week. Get creative and give me a workout Phone Post

plyometric push ups

put your back against a wall and squat down til you're fairly deep and just hold it as long as you possibly can

i cant do this at all but maybe you can - handstand up against a wall and do shoulder presses

get in a pushup stance but arch your ass up in the air a lil more or however far you need to go to hold yourself and balance with 1 arm as long as you can, then swap sides.

you'd be surprised, but flexing each muscle group 1 at a time as long as you can give the muscles a good burn and can get you out of breath if you arent in the greatest shape. bodybuilders do it all the time and claim it helps shape their muscles and give deeper cuts/separation.

shadow boxing

calve hops. just stand on tip toes and start bouncing as high as fast as you can for as long as you can before your calves burn out.

You should just order a body weight training book. Ross Enamait's Never Gymless is a good one and its $20. I'm sure there's plenty others. Phone Post

You can get it now in a pdf for $12.00, any of Ross's stuff would be good for this.

Push ups, sit ups, mountain climbers burpees, pull ups, bodyweight squats and high jumps. Do all of them in different orders for like... 45 minutes and youll be in pretty good shape.
